1. Can the hair be dyed or bleached?
It can be colored to color 27 the lightest, please color it by professional hair dresser to avoid damage the hair, please don’t color or style the hair too frequently to protect hair nutrition.
2. What’s the best temperature for flat or curled iron?
We recommend 160-180 Celsius degree or 320-360 Fahrenheit degree with Heat protection products, please notice the proper time control.
3. Why the hair a little dry after using it for a while？
When the hair left the donor, it has no more nutrition source, so please do deep conditioning and natural oil per week to keep the hair health and smooth.
4. How to distinguish Human hair with synthetic hair?
Human hair has natural protein, burn human hair will has white smoke, other wise, synthetic will has black smoke.
5. How long time can it last?
It can last long time depend on how you maintain it, Treat it as your own hair and do proper hair care, it can last over one year.
6. Does the hair has smell, shedding or tangle?
The factory will put hair oil on it before ship hair to avoid hair dry during long terms of delivery, usually has no smell, a little smell will fade away after washing.

I love this hair!!!! I ordered it and received it within 7 days. The bundles are nice and thick all the way to the ends. The hair didn’t have a smell at all. Loveee this hair. I’ve been wearing it for about 2 weeks and have no problems. There is slight shedding but all hair sheds so I don’t mind. Curls beautifully and the color is exactly what I wanted!

This is my first time ordering the hair and I must say it is AMAZING I need it for my granddad funeral this Saturday. The hair only took 3 days to get to me which was over the weekend there is no shedding no smell true to length. I also got a pair of mink lashes. The seller was open to communication kept me up to date on where my package was and when it would arrive to me i most definitely will be order from this company again I love it already and can’t wait to instal it. I LOVE this hair! Like seriously , this is 28 inch and ONLY two bundles! I made in into a quick weave!! Literally took these pictures outside across from the beach and the wind was hitting it STRONG and it didn’t tangle or not! I washed the hair before install and it didn’t shed at all for me, not sure for anyone else. I’ll def be ordering again
